Our problem today is not too
little but too much - too much fat, salt, sugar.Now
a days we get so much advice on what foods to
avoid but that unfortunately not a realistic option.
Cutting down the food will not improve the Health.
In fact if your balance of diet is perfect then
your Health Balance will also be perfect. If you
are not eating the right kind of food at right
time it will directly effect your Health, it may
cause Heart Diseases, weak bones, bad skin and
many more. So the most important thing is eating
Healthy Food, the problems occurs when the people
are not knowing about what does Healthy Food means.
Healthy Food is to eat variety of foods
which could include more fruits, vegetables, cereals
and less fatty, oily and sugary food. From your
Diet you should get your RDA, Recommended Daily
Allowance of nutrients. You can get Healthy Diet
by controlling your calorie.
Healthy Diet should include the following
things:
Fruit & Vegetables - This includes frozen,
canned, dried and pure juices as well as fresh.
Also it includes beans, including baked beans,
pulses and lentils .
Bread, Other Cereals & Potatoes - This
group includes breakfast cereals, pasta, rice,
noodles, oats and other cereals as well as bread
and potatoes.
Milk & Dairy Foods - Milk, cheese are included
in this group, but not butter, eggs and cream.
Meat Fish & Alternatives - This group
includes eggs, poultry, and meat and fish products
such as beef, burgers and fishcakes.
